Antwerp Pride Parade: Colorful Pride Highlight
When Pride takes place in Belgium's LGBT hot spot Antwerp on the second weekend of August, queer visitors from around the world come to celebrate and demonstrate together. The annual highlight of the event is, of course, the spectacular Pride Parade on Saturday. Over 100,000 people make their way along the river though the beautiful city. Many participants are lovingly dressed and creatively costumed. This parade is just fun!
