The Pixi Bar: queer location in the west of Leipzig
The Pixi is a queer neighborhood bar in Leipzig on Georg-Schwarz-Straße, which is run collectively by a team of several people. With a variety of events such as parties, karaoke, drag shows, bingo and games evenings, readings and markets, Pixi offers a wide range of activities. Streaming events such as “Princess Charming” and “Drag Race” are also popular. The team creates a welcoming atmosphere for the queer community according to feminist and emancipatory principles and does not tolerate inappropriate behavior. The prices are affordable and the offer ranges from draught beer and sodas to long drinks and seasonal specials. In summer, the cozy outdoor seating area in the backyard invites you to linger until 10:00 pm.
