Budapest Pride Festival: Here and Queer!
Hungary's biggest LGBT event! For one week, the capital of Hungary is transformed into a queer hot spot. Budapest Pride belongs to East Europe´s best LGBT happenings and is absolutely worth a visit. There are LGBT-related exhibitions, events and of course, parties. Highlight of the Pride celebration is undoubtedly the colorful Pride March through the beautiful old town to the banks of the Danube on the first Saturday in July. Anyone who can identify with the values ​​of tolerance and openness is invited to join in and actively participate in the demand for equality.
