Get your running shoes ready

Once a year this colorful run takes place in Cologne. Just in time for the Run of Colors, sporty boys and girls are drawn to the Rhine metropolis to set a sign of tolerance and diversity together. The entry fees and income benefit Aidshilfe Cologne. Anyone who likes to run can participate here, regardless of gender, age or personal handicap.

The 5-kilometer run/walk/inclusion starts at 1:00 pm.
The 10-kilometer run and relay race start at 2:30 pm.
