Canal Pride: Highlight of the Amsterdam Pride

Very unique Pride Parade

Amsterdam's Pride is one of the craziest and most colorful of all. The highlight of the queer spectacle is the so called Canal Pride on the second Saturday of the Pride Week. Hundreds of lovingly decorated boats and ships make their way through the narrow canals and waterways of historic Amsterdam. Many of the boats play great music and provide a good mood. Thousands of visitors from all over the world cheer the boats from the shores of the beautiful city center and celebrate life.
