Treptower Park


The huge park is located next to the Spree River and offers massive green fields, a four-kilometer-long riverside path and dozens of recreational activities. Opened in 1888 Treptower Park is Berlin´s oldest public park and is more popular than ever these days. From here you can take a boat trip on the Spree River, rend pedal boats and visit the beautiful island Insel der Jugend. Inside the park the Soviet War Memorial, built after the second world is a must-see for every visitor.
