Die wilden Weiber von Neukölln

Ades Zabel, Biggy van Blond & Bob Schneider: The wild women of Neukölln

Die wilden Weiber von Neukölln at the BKA Theater Berlin present a captivating mixture of cabaret and local color. Edith Schröder, Jutta Hartmann and Brigitte Wuttke take the audience on a humorous journey through the transformation of their beloved Neukölln. For decades, Edith shaped the district as an ambassador, conquering the world with her singing, humor and charm. But now Neukölln is upside down: the former grubby district is becoming a trendy neighborhood, and Edith wonders whether she is still up to date with her incomparable Berlin snark. In the midst of smartphone hipsters and vegan bloggers, the HARTZ VIII queen remains true to her unique style while commenting lovingly and with a twinkle in her eye on the new times in the Kiez. An entertaining evening full of laughter, local color and satirical insights into today's colorful Neukölln.
