Queer Poetry Slam @ Culture Stage of the CSD Frankfurt
Welcome to the Queer Poetry Slam in Frankfurt! Every year we meet here in front of the Kulturbühne of the CSD Frankfurt to listen to the words of poets talking about LGBTQIA*, colorfulness and diversity. Five artists from all over Germany are invited to compete for your favor in the poetry contest. The usual rules of poetry slam apply: Self-written texts must be used, there is a time limit and no props are allowed. But this time there is a small change: In the preliminary round, the participants have to recite thematically appropriate texts. The three best performances will be selected for the finals, where they will inspire you with new texts. At the end, you as the jury will decide the winner with enthusiastic applause.
