At the world-famous Museumsplein in the south of the Dutch capital you can find the famous National Museum Rijksmuseum. Here you can admire more than 800 unique objects that mainly depict the history and arts of the Kingdom of the Netherlands. Many pieces come from the so-called Golden Age of the Netherlands and deal with the exciting history of the sympathetic state. Here you can see masterpieces by Rembrandt, Vermeer and Hals.
